Hiring St Clements Church Hall

Two Halls available for regular or one off hire

Large Hall

The larger of our two halls has a capacity of 80 - 100 people depending on configuration and is 24ft (7.25m) x 48ft (14.5m) with a ceiling height of 14ft (4.2m).  There are chairs and tables available for both adults or children.  Regular group hires are welcome and we have good availability for evenings and weekends.

We usually hire the hall per 4 hour session (Morning, afternoon or evening).  As well as the hiring fee, we also ask for a refundable key deposit of £50 cash to secure the booking. The hall can also be hired per hour depending on availability.  

All bookings must be finished by 9.30pm out of respect to the residential dwelling attached to the hall.  Unfortunately we are unable to allow one off hires to use our kitchen, due to Health and Safety constraints. There is drinking water and a sink available in the lobby area and a kettle can be left upon request.  We do have a no alcohol policy for all our bookings, unless previously agreed with the Priest in Charge. 

There is ample parking immediately outside the hall and freshly refurbished toilet facilities in the lobby area. 

Small Hall

The smaller of our two halls has a capacity of 15 - 30 people depending on configuration and is 16ft (4.8m)  x 26ft (7.8m).  There are chairs and tables available. Regular group hires are welcome and we have good availability most days.

We usually hire the hall per 4 hour session (Morning, afternoon or evening).  As well as the hiring fee, we also ask for a refundable key deposit of £50 cash to secure the booking. The hall can also be hired per hour depending on availability.
